It's a whole new taste in Aigamo ducks.

We asked restaurant chefs in the metropolitan area and on the main island of Okinawa what they thought about Iejima Aigamo.

The meat is tender, and it's especially ideal for Japanese cuisine. It doesn't have that odor peculiar to ducks.
They're processed very well, and look great when cooked.
The fat isn't heavy. It seems light and clean. It seems like the ducks would works well in frozen foods.
They have a very delicate flavor, but still have substance and fullness.
The fat is easy to be removed , so it works for either hors d'oeuvres or as a main dish.
I think women will love it.
